Privacy Policy
0N2 Consulting LLC ("we", "us") operates ON2, a service that reads advertising spend from Meta ad accounts that you connect. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what control you have.
1. Data we collect
When you sign in with Facebook and grant the ads_read permission, we process the following data:
- Your Facebook user ID and name, used to identify your connection.
- An access token issued by Meta, used to call the Marketing API on your behalf.
- The IDs, names and currencies of the ad accounts you can access.
- Advertising spend and related reporting figures for the ad accounts you choose to track.
We do not collect your Facebook password, your personal posts, messages, photos or friends list. We do not read ad creatives or audience data beyond the reporting figures listed above.
2. How we use data
We use this data only to show you ad spend inside ON2. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the service.
3. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your data. We do not share it with third parties, except with infrastructure providers that host the service on our behalf and only as needed to run it, or when required by law.
4. Storage and security
Access tokens are encrypted in server memory and are not sent to browser JavaScript. Advertising reports are fetched on demand and are not saved to disk. The deployed service uses HTTPS. Server access is restricted to authorized personnel.
5. Retention
Connection data is held in server memory for the duration of your session, up to eight hours. A server restart also removes session data. Disconnecting deletes the current session. To request deletion across any other active sessions, follow Data Deletion. Access tokens also expire according to Meta's rules.
6. Your choices
- You can remove ON2 at any time in Facebook under Settings, Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites). This revokes our access.
- You can ask us to delete your data. See Data Deletion.
- You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you.
7. Children
ON2 is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be announced on this site.
