Data Deletion
ON2 is operated by 0N2 Consulting LLC. You can remove ON2's access to your Meta data and ask us to delete everything we store about you.
Delete your current ON2 session
Open the dashboard and choose "Disconnect & delete session data". This removes connection data from the current session and attempts to revoke ON2 permissions in Meta. If revocation fails, follow the steps below. For deletion across other active sessions, contact support.
Step 1. Remove ON2 from Facebook
- Open Facebook and go to Settings.
- Open Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
- Find ON2 and choose Remove.
Removing the integration revokes the permissions granted to ON2.
Step 2. Request deletion of stored data
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "ON2 data deletion request". Include your Facebook name or Facebook user ID so we can find your records.
What we delete
- Your Facebook user ID and name.
- Your access token.
- The ad account list held in your session. Advertising reports are not saved to disk.
We complete deletion within 30 days of your request and confirm by email. Data that we are legally required to keep, if any, is retained only as long as the law requires.
